  1. How Your Personal Information is Collected. We collect most of the personal information about you directly from your input—in person, by telephone, text or email, and via our website and apps. We may also receive information about you from third party sources, or through automated collection and tracking features associated with our products and services. The categories of Personal Information we collect are described below. Some of our products or services may collect different or additional categories of Personal Information which will be explained in more detail within the privacy policy for those specific products or services.

Identifiers.   We collect personal identifiers about you, such as name, postal address, email address, and phone number. We collect this information when you provide it to us directly (such as when you sign up for our service). We may collect this information from third party sources (such as from trade shows or other business gatherings which are designed to facilitate showcasing products and exchanging business contact information). We may also collect this information from publicly available sources (such as professional business listings or business-related social media).

Commercial Information.  We collect information about the products or services you obtain from us by tracking your licensing activity in our system.

Professional or Employment-Related Information.  We may collect information about your professional position in the course of providing our services to your employer or a business you own or operate.

Internet or Similar Network Activity. We log all connections to our web servers. Those log files may include a unique user identifier, including, but not limited to your IP address and/or your mobile operating system (OS), and other commonly used mobile device identifiers (a “User Identifier”). A User Identifier is general information about your location, connection to the Internet, and your Internet or mobile phone service provider. We use your User Identifier to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website or our products and services. We may collect information about the Company websites you visit and which specific pages on our websites that you navigate through. When you use our online services, we may retain a record of your activity (such as the application screens you viewed and the data fields you interacted with while using the online service).

Automated Processing and Tracking Technology

Automated Decision-Making.  We do not use automated decision-making or profiling technology.

Cookies. A “cookie” is a small computer file that is shared between your web browser and most websites you visit. The cookie file is stored locally on your computer, and the associated website uses this file to read and write information about you when you visit the website. For example, Google Analytics is a popular service that website owners use to determine how often you visit their website and which pages you view within their website. This functionality is accomplished through the use of cookie files that communicate with the website each time you visit. All modern web browsers provide the ability to delete or disable cookies, and you may do this on our Site if you wish.

Log Files. Like most standard website servers, we may use log files. Information collected in log files may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, your User Identifier, browser type, internet service provider, mobile network provider, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/timestamp, and number of clicks. We utilize this information to analyze trends, administer our website and our products and services, track your movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This information may be used to improve your experience with our website and our products and services.
