Most VMS technologies are joined at the hip with a supplier or at least an MSP service partner. Our technology takes a page from the enterprise VMS model that’s commonplace outside of healthcare. Simpliant partners directly with YOU, not with a middleman, giving you the freedom to manage all or part of your staffing program internally. You are free to work with one or multiple service partners, or any vendor that you want to work with, not just the ones prescribed by many staffing-led MSPs.
